Introducing DEFIS (XGM)
Launched in June 2020, XGM is the newest token on the DEFIS blockchain.
Built on top of cryptographic primitives XGM is a next-gen Decentralized Financial System that allows owners of different cryptocurrencies to earn interest, borrow, exchange and create custom cryptocurrencies on DEFIS in a completely decentralized and anonymous manner.
Since Bitcoin had emerged in 2011, Blockchain has disrupted many industries and found a home within many applications. However, as it seems, one could argue that Decentralized Finance is the most suitable concept to come out of the blockchain space so far, as it acts as a strong driver to the value of cryptocurrency.
DEFIS blockchain is specifically designed to improve DeFi by solving existing constraints.
XGM is a native coin of the DEFIS ecosystem. XGM is required to carry out all operations within DEFIS decentralized finance system.
XGM is used for all payments, smart contract fees and transaction fees. Miners are paid in XGM.
An interesting feature of the DEFIS platform is the ability to use XGM tokens as collateral for borrowing other cryptos.
