ZUSD (Zytara USD) is a Stablecoin issued by a regulated financial institution and redeemable on a 1:1 basis for U.S. dollars. The U.S. dollar reserves are held in an FDIC-insured trust account managed by U.S.-based state-chartered trust company Prime Trust.
As of this year, ZUSD will be brought to multiple blockchains, including Ethereum and DigitalBits, providing compatibility with thousands of products and services, among which are digital wallets, exchanges, lending and payment services.
The underlying ZUSD smart contract code was audited by CertiK, a blockchain security technology company. ZUSD aims to provide fast, efficient, and friction-free transactions that work well with industries like gaming and esports.
Our merchants can now store, send, and receive ZUSD with their CoinPayments account.
