In the 1st email we sent you there is a link to leave feedback for the merchant. If you were logged in to your account when you made the payment you can also leave feedback by clicking 'Leave Feedback' in the Account menu while logged in.
If you don't have your payment ID or any transaction IDs or addresses it is most likely not a CoinPayments payment or you didn't send any funds for one.

Note: If you used a credit/debit card, Skrill, Payeer, PerfectMoney, etc. it is definitely NOT a CoinPayments payment.

Important Ticket Rules - Help Us Help You

  • Your question must match the category selected or it will be closed without response.
  • Any question that involves an address, transaction, payment, etc. must have the information in text format, not just pictures. (This includes address, transaction IDs (aka TXID or transaction hash), CoinPayments payment/withdrawal/transfer IDs, etc.) We cannot use images to search our system.
  • Any question that involves a conversion must include the conversion ID.
  • Questions must be posted in English only at this time. Feel free to use a translator such as Google Translate if you don't know English.
  • If your question is about a payment and you are the buyer make sure to use the same email you entered during checkout for the ticket.
  • Otherwise if you are a CoinPayments user make sure to use the same email as your account.
