Forgot your password? Click here to do a password reset. Note: If you have been temporarily locked out or are having 2FA issues a password reset will not affect them.
Did you enter the wrong login information too many times and get locked out for 15-60 minutes? All you have to do is wait it out and you will be able to log in, we cannot reset the lockout for you. Remember to always use your correct username and password when logging in.
Don't forget to check your spam/bulk folders and any filters you may have. CoinPayments uses the top email systems in the world so the problem is on the receiving end 99.9% of the time. We would suggest to keep trying and it should arrive.

Note that we cannot change your account email address or send you any funds from your account; you would just have to wait until you can log in.

Important Ticket Rules - Help Us Help You

  • Your question must match the category selected or it will be closed without response.
  • Any question that involves an address, transaction, payment, etc. must have the information in text format, not just pictures. (This includes address, transaction IDs (aka TXID or transaction hash), CoinPayments payment/withdrawal/transfer IDs, etc.) We cannot use images to search our system.
  • Any question that involves a conversion must include the conversion ID.
  • Questions must be posted in English only at this time. Feel free to use a translator such as Google Translate if you don't know English.
  • If your question is about a payment and you are the buyer make sure to use the same email you entered during checkout for the ticket.
  • Otherwise if you are a CoinPayments user make sure to use the same email as your account.
